As an analyst, you will work on client projects as part of a team and take responsibility for research and problem-solving. You will play an important role in gathering and analyzing data and contributing to the team’s recommendations. You will develop broad business and research skills, working and actively participating in teams.
As an Associate, you will play key roles in growing, improving, and creating businesses for our client as well as building the firm. Typical engagements involve companies from various industries with access to the top management team as our main client.
As a senior associate, you will focus on important portions of client projects and work toward leading them. You will have direct contact with clients and a high degree of independence. You will get extensive training to help build your core consulting skills and will receive ongoing feedback and mentoring from teammates and mentors.
Engagement Managers run consulting engagements and workstreams and lead client service teams in advising our clients on important business challenges. Responsibilities include leading problem-solving efforts, serving as a client advisor and driving client communications.
As a Partner you will be responsible for identifying and developing new client opportunities you will advise companies on transformational change and capability building, leading confirmed project teams on day-to-day problem solving, team management, and client management. You will also manage and develop strategic client relationships while ensuring the highest quality client work and be an inspiring leader who commits time to develop new consulting staff.
